Variety's the very spice of life that gives it all its flavor. – William Cowper
It’s a very simple statement by William Cowper, but one that says so much. We work, play, and experience a world of much variety and much flavor. By embracing and welcoming this world we come to a greater understanding of the people and the conditions around us.
With that understanding light is shed on the darkness and our fears and hate disappear. We accept each other and we have a greater ability to serve each other. As a result of this synchronization we are stronger and better. Better people make us a better organization more able to understand, more able to serve, more able to adapt, more able to remain relevant, and ultimately more able to survive.
