Hennepin County Library The Hennepin County Library system includes 41 libraries across the county, more than 5 million books, CDs and DVDs in more than 40 world languages and 1,750 public computers and free wireless for customers. In 2008 the Hennepin County Library system merged with the Minneapolis Library system, creating a premier system to serve both city and suburban Hennepin County.

U.S. Census Bureau The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) is partnering with the U.S. Census Bureau’s “Every 1 Counts in Minnesota” 2010 census awareness campaign. The U.S. Census has been conducted every decade since 1790 and serves as the official count of all people who reside within our country’s borders and jurisdictions.
